UBS 150 Years Celebration

The Challenge

This was one of UBS key milestone moments in history – a celebration of 150 years. The global event concept was based on a journey of 150 years through music and the overall creative direction for the event environment came from UBS Headquarters in Zürich. Luminous Experiential managed the application to the local cities: Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei and Tokyo. The challenge was to bring the musical journey alive and make it relevant to the different audiences’.

The Solution

Luminous Experiential developed the song selections and artistic line-ups for each city to resonate with the local audience. Carefully selected local talents were invited to perform and bring the musical journey to life. Attendees of the elegant black tie event included UBS board of directors, dignitaries and key clients at this. Luminous Experiential was responsible for the overall logistic management of events in each city, entertainment liaison, setup of the venues, onsite management, MC script and show-calling.
