The Challenge

In December 2008, President Clinton travelled to Hong Kong to join several hundred Asian leaders from a wide variety of backgrounds to further strengthen social and global responsibility in Asia, and move toward the benefits achieved through collaboration. Seamless stakeholder liaison and overall execution was essential due to the high profile guests.

The Solution

Luminous Experiential delivered a successful event consisting of a one and a half day conference; three break-out sessions and a gala dinner attended by guests who were welcomed by HKSAR Chief Executive Donald Tsang, entertained by Karen Mok and listened to interviews hosted by CNN’s Anjali Rao with Jet Li and Michelle Yeo.

The Luminous Experiential team impressively turned around the ballroom from conference theatre set-up to gala dinner setting in an hour. Luminous Experiential managed all the technical set and staging, simultaneous translation in Mandarin, Japanese and Korean, guest logistics, hotel liaison including F&B, show call of break out sessions and entertainment management.
