The Challenge

An annual event for Motorola over 5 days to host 450 partners and 450 staff. Luminous was tasked with finding a venue that suited flight, visa, capacity and date requirements. Once found, the task was to then deliver an engaging, well branded event.

The Solution

This is the biggest event of the year for Motorola Solutions. An intense 5-day program with the first half of the program dedicated to the regional sales staff who gather to share best practices and financial results. The partner conference forms the second part of the program – with key partners flying in from 10 different countries in the region. The event also features a “Solutions Showcase” where products from nine different industry verticals are exhibited to offer hands-on demonstrations of new and existing initiatives.

A series of social events were a key part of each program with a welcome and gala dinner for both segments. Luminous Experiential also managed all the breakouts, board of advisors meetings, media sessions, dine-arounds, off-site tours and team-building activities.

The theme Forward Momentum and Forward Partnership were adapted from the US head office, with Luminous Experiential responsible for the creation and application of the theme onto the set, signage, collaterals with a clean and contemporary look. Entertainment was selected to be reflection of the theme.

The Outcome

A total delegate attendance of over 900 and efficient use of brand and budget to maximize the use of the venue and deliver an engaging delegate experience.
