The Challenge

CLSA’s renowned annual Investor Forums have become the most successful events of their kind. The Forum brings together corporations from across the region and institutional investors from around the globe. Luminous Experiential stage four Investor Forums in Asia. Having produced the event each year since 2005, a key challenge is to offer fresh environment design and innovations to support the high profile speakers and onsite communications.

The Solution

A detailed program comprising 3-7 track business sessions, thousands of one-on-one meetings, cocktail receptions and gala events. Luminous Experiential is responsible for all set and staging elements, meticulously ensuring that the CLSA brand is prominently integrated across all creative deliverables and providing a dynamic platform to host world politicians and leading business figures. We also provide the technical infrastructure for the conference sessions, ensuring that all business presentations are staged flawlessly.

In the past, keynote speakers have included Bill Clinton, George Clooney, Al Gore, Alan Greenspan, Henry Kissinger, Lee Kuan Yew, Sarah Palin and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, to name a few.

For the 2015 Forum the results included:
Over 1,750 CEOs and CFOs from 620 corporations attended
Approximately 2,700 global institutional investors
Over 5,800 one-on-one or group private meetings
